The title of my blog is My Life Is SDA, as you all know. By now, you may have been wondering, how my life and Christian walk differs from any other walk. I mean, I specifically put SDA in the title. Here it is! A post you've all long awaited!
In 9 days, I take my second mini (exam) of medical school. The day following, we have our lab practical, the infamous lab practical. My goal is to become an anatomy TA next semester, and to do that, I have to have one of the top 10 or 15 anatomy grades in my class. So, naturally, I really hope to do well not only for now, but for the future for my patients. There's this super helpful mock exam that is hosted by the anatomy TAs before the actually practical, but it's on a Saturday. Not only is it Saturday, but it the review that is the day before begins that Friday 6pm-8pm. The bulk of help for the anatomy practical spans the entire Sabbath. I really need to figure out how I will be getting that extra help. One thing God has taught me is that I don't need to defy his law to accomplish anything. I will be praying about this and would love for everyone to pray as well. There's a selfish reason as well as a spiritual for my unwillingness to break the Sabbath, especially not to such an extent.
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways, acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV)
Until next time people of God! :D
